What happens if I am unhappy with the quality of the product I've received?
We stand behind our products and hope you will reach to us if you encounter any problems. We will work with you to come up with a solution for any issues. At this time however, Cool Beans private label products are non-refundable. If you have any questions about our private label prior to purchasing, we would love to speak with you. We your order arrives, please inspect the condition of your shipment before signing off on the delivery.  In the event your shipment arrives with damage, please note the damage on the delivery drivers receipt but still accept the delivery. You should also document the damage upon delivery with photos, which will help with the claim process. You will file a claim directly with the shipping company but CB&T will assist in this process as needed.

How do online orders ship?
For orders with Full Sized bags from our domestic warehouses we use our pallet rates. You can elect to ship right away and have the freight cost built into your total, or leave the coffee in our warehouse and arrange pickup or delivery with us later.  This is done via the shipping tab in checkout. We ship most of our coffees in traditional 60kg or 69kg jute bags; where possible we line these with a protective polypropylene ‘GrainPro’ bag – an airtight storage system designed to regulate moisture content and to preserve quality for longer.

For orders with our Private Label micro lot products
We use UPS/FedEX/and DHL for all shipments anywhere in the world (restrictions for shipments to Hawaii and certain countries may apply). Private label products purchased before 5pm MST will ship the next business day.  If you order a Private Label product on the same order as a full bag, you will receive two separate shipments: one from UPS
Our coffees are delivered on a clean, dry pallet, strapped and shrink-wrapped for safe and secure transport.

What are the payment terms?
Our terms are payments in advance for first time customers, payment by: check, credit card, paypal, apple pay, or wire transfer is required prior to shipment. We are happy to discussing credit terms, once a working relationship has been established.

How long will it take?
Delivery terms vary from warehouse to warehouse and depending upon your country to which we are delivering.

Customers may purchase small quantities directly from our Store.

What will it cost me?
We manage our inventory very carefully and our coffees turn over very quickly. Just as our list of available coffees is updated on a regular basis, prices can also change depending on time of year, availability, etc.

Sampling
Certain samples are free to registered businesses, however,  samples over our sampling limit will incur a charge due to high cost of shipping. Please note there is an $85.00+ USD freight cost for international samples. Feel free to contact one of our representative for further information regarding samples
