All our Cacao is processed with no chemicals (alkalines) but roasted, husked and processed completely naturally. The nibs are broken down after husking before shipment, and the nibs are then naturally pressure pressed to squeeze the fats out and the yield is natural cacao powder.

When your order arrives, please inspect the condition of your shipment before signing off on the delivery. In the event your shipment arrives with damage, please note the damage on the delivery drivers receipt but still accept the delivery.
