At this time however, Crophub products are non-refundable. If you have any questions about our private label prior to purchasing, we would love to speak with you. When your order arrives, please inspect the condition of your shipment before signing off on the delivery. In the event your shipment arrives with damage, please note the damage on the delivery drivers receipt but still accept the delivery. You should also document the damage upon delivery with photos, which will help with the claim process. You will file a claim directly with the shipping company but Crophub will assist in this process.
